Joanna Williamson, MS, RYT is a clinically trained exercise physiologist and registered yoga teacher. She offers a variety of packages based upon individual client needs at a reasonable price.

When in Austin, I personal train through the University of Texas at Austin, Division of Recreational Sports (www.utrecsports.org) for members of UT facilities.
For live personal training in Austin for members outside of the UT membership, I conduct these online through a client portal or by working at your home or . In order to use the client portal, a monthly membership fee of $25 per month applies.
Live Sessions outside of UT are $50 per hour
Online Sessions are $25 per half hour online

A yoga practice is so much better when it is tailored just for you! This is especially true for clients with clinical needs on up through elite athletes!
Private yoga sessions are $55 per hour at a location of the clients' choice.
Private yoga sessions at Austin Kula Yoga in Tarrytown are to be determined by Kula Yoga.
Online private sessions are $30 per half hour available with skype.
Joanna has worked extensively with clients having cardiac, diabetic, pulmonary and orthopedic health histories. As an ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist, she is amongst the most highly trained personal trainers in Austin. She will work alongside your physical therapist or physician to make sure that your exercise program assists in keeping you strong and avoiding complications!!
Joanna will meet with your physical therapist or physician to make sure that their guidelines are closely followed and supplement traditional medical care.
Clients with medical needs fees are $30 per 1/2 hour
